Your visit consists of a history and physical assessment, goals, nutrition, behavior therapy, exercise counseling, ordering Lab Work (Baseline Labs such as CBC, CMP, Thyroid panel, Hormone Assessment, Cholesterol, Hemoglobin A1C, and EKG if required), and BMI or Body Analyzer.
Do I qualify for a medical weight loss program?
If you have a BMI of 30 or greater or a BMI of 27 or greater with one or more treated or untreated weight-related coexisting conditions like given below. Yes, you are more than qualified!

The Shedding Program
The Shedding Program will maximize weight loss by suppressing your appetite. This is a 3-month subscription plan. Prescription is sent to your local pharmacy, and you can use your insurance. You must see a provider every month in order for the prescription to be sent. Labs and EKG required
Option: Phentermine (Adipex-P, Lomaira). This is for the clients who continue to struggle with obesity and are looking for the most loss. It will decrease your hunger or make you feel full longer.
Based on three research studies, you can expect to lose roughly 3 to 6 lbs per month
The Shredder Program
The total package cost as low as $99 per week or $395 per month.
This Shredder program is indicated for people who are overweight or obese, and who are ready to see those pounds shred.
Option: Semaglutide (brand name: WEGOVY and Ozempic ) - Recently approved by the FDA for weight loss. This program will maximize fat burning. Semaglutide is a once-weekly injection, you are guaranteed to lose 15-30 pounds. We encourage you to modify your dietary and exercise plan for maximum benefits. Labs required.

The Shredder Plus Program
The total package cost as low as $125 per week or $500 per month.
This Shredder Plus program is indicated for people who are overweight or obese, and who have platued in their weight loss journey.
Option: Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) is a new chronic weight loss medication.It is a single peptide that triggers the body’s receptors for GIP and GLP-1, two natural incretin hormones. Depending on your goals, 2 studies found that all doses of Tirzepatide tested were statistically significantly better than a 1mg dose of Ozempic in terms of HbA1c reduction and weight loss. Labs required.
The overall average weight reduction for the highest dose of Tirzepatide (15 mg) in a research study was about 52 pounds.
The Maintaince Program

This Maintaince program allows you to weaned off your medications safely while working with your medical provider to maintain your weight loss.This is a 3-month subscription plan.
Option: Discuss with your provider what you preference. You can do monthly or bi-weekly visits. This program consist of B-12 or lipotropic injection or pill. You can continue semaglutide orally or as an injection on a reduced schedule. You are provided with continual weight loss coaching.
